Responsible Vendor Training – Initial Certification Course
Initial certification is for those that are not eligible for re-certification or who have not previously attended a Colorado sanctioned responsible vendor training course. The initial certification class lasts about two and one half hours and requires the passing of a written test at the conclusion of the class. This training course has been approved by the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division and meets the requirements of Colorado's Responsible Vendor Training regulations. Re-certification is for those who have previously attended a Colorado sanctioned responsible vendor training course within the last three years. The class lasts about an hour and does not require a written test at the conclusion. The training classes are FREE for Tavern League members. The fee is $45.00 per person for those non-member businesses who want to explore membership in the Tavern League.
